A licence fee is payable in respect of this software.
Licence types are
Individual AUD$30
Site AUD$150 or $US110
where AUD$ is Australian dollars (approximate conversion is AUD$1= US$0.73, but this changes daily).
Definitions
Individual : For use in any way desired provided that only one copy may be in
use at any one time.
Site : Any organisation (eg company, research institute, university etc)
located in a single town or city).
Payment may be made by
1. Money order or bank draft payable at an Australian bank (provided I can deposit it at an Australian bank without paying fees it is OK)
2. Cash in the form of notes approximately equal to the fee (eg $US20 or £UK15) (only from outside of Australia, and preferably only for Individual licences)
3. Personal cheque from within Australia.
4. For SITE Licences only I will accept cheques in $US.
NOTE: It is best to use the supplied order form, but otherwise you may just write the details on a sheet of paper. If you wish to be advised of further upgrades include your e-mail address.

In exchange you will receive a registration number which will allow you to personalise your copy and remove the registration dialog and to access all features of GLMStat. Payment of the licence fee will entitle you to all future upgrades free. These will be available from the usual archives (info-mac, umich).
